Aaisha joined Carnegie Consulting in 2024 and specialises in recruiting junior accountants and finance professionals across the Private Markets — including Private Equity, Private Debt/Credit, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and traditional Asset Management.
She began her recruitment career in 2022 at a boutique search firm, focusing on front office placements across Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Development. This exposure gave her a strong understanding of both client and candidate priorities and inspired her transition into the finance & accounting space.
Aaisha graduated with a First-Class degree in Psychology and Counselling Skills, which plays into her straightforward and people-first approach to recruitment. She’s known for being honest, down-to-earth, and easy to work with; taking the time to understand what both clients and candidates really need to make the right long-term match.
Outside of work, Aaisha enjoys discovering new restaurants, going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and planning her next city break
