Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reinsurance Broker to join the New York team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reinsurance brokerage, with a proven track record of success in negotiating and placing reinsurance contracts.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and reinsurers, analyzing risk exposures, and structuring reinsurance solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

– Build and maintain relationships with clients and reinsurers

– Analyze risk exposures and develop innovative reinsurance solutions

– Negotiate reinsurance terms and conditions

– Prepare and present reinsurance proposals to clients

– Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure the successful placement of reinsurance contracts

– Stay current on industry trends and market conditions

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance brokerage or reinsurance Underwriting

– Strong understanding of reinsurance products and markets

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
