Review and analyse Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet reconciliations from all properties to ensure accuracy, consistency, and financial integrity.
Coordinate Group-wide forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are consolidated for management, investors, and lenders.
Develop strong working relationships with property finance teams, supporting them with ad hoc analysis and on-site visits where required.
Support the annual Group and local audit processes, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of audit requirements.
Partner with the FP&A team to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities across the business.
Financial Control & Performance Analysis
Review financial submissions from properties to identify anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all reconciliations are complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards.
Provide analytical insight to support performance enhancement initiatives at property and Group level.
Deliver clear, structured commentary for management reporting cycles.
