Officer Manager, HR and Executive Assistant

Fantastic new opportunity to join a specialist in the European Real Estate market. Please only apply if you have HR experience also. The role itself is a hybrid of EA, HR and Office Management and will see you playing a pivotal role in their London office leading:

  • the executive support team as well as providing travel support
  • procurement – service and supplier management
  • the office space itself
  • oversight of all marketing and events
  • HR activities

The London office is fabulous and modern, and creates a very proactive and inclusive space for all. At lunchtime, you will find everyone catching up in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoying sporting events on the massive Screen. They pride themselves on the efficient and enjoyable environment they have created in London which is mirrored across their other UK and European teams.

This role does have a broad remit and therefore you will need to have the tenacity and passion to truly flourish in such a pivotal role.

What you will need to have?

  • Proven experience in a similar role that covered HR, Office Management and Executive support and leadership – ideally from within an SME P. or similar firm
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-orientated approach
  • Can-do approach, ability, and willingness to support the wider business as required.
  • This is a hybrid role – 4 days per week in the office, Fridays working from home.
