As the HR Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping their HR Service Centre, ensuring it delivers optimal support to the EMEA business while continually evolving for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take a hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations of the HR Service Centre.
  • Harness your expertise as a Workday HCM specialist to provide technical support and optimise system performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HRIS and HR Data Analytics Specialists, as well as counterparts in the US and Asia Pacific regions.

Who You Are:

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate HR Shared Services and Workday HCM expert. As a natural leader, you will bring outstanding mentoring skills to the table. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. If you have a proven track record in a similar role, coupled with a university degree and CIPD qualification at least Level 5, we want to hear from you.
