This is your chance to work hand-in-hand with their newly appointed (CIO), a seasoned expert in fund management, as he grows the office from the ground up. From managing complex calendars to crafting compelling communications, your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and driving their success forward. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Prioritizing and managing intricate calendars, resolving conflicts like a pro
  • Crafting updates and communications for the executive team
  • Acting as the liaison during meetings, capturing key insights and tracking action items
  • Serving as an extension of the executive, taking on diverse tasks to keep things running seamlessly~
  • Anticipating needs and proactively addressing them with autonomy and initiative
  • Driving efficiency and innovation within the team, contributing fresh ideas and insights~
  • Leading cross-functional projects and team-building events
  • Tackling special projects with expertise in Google GSuite Apps, Slack, and other essential tools

If you’re a master multitasker with a knack for communication and a passion for driving success please get in touch. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment – ideally VC/PE or similar~
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills~
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teams~
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and empathy
  • A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude
  • Strong academics desirable (but not essential)
