EA for Investor Relations Team – essential that you have previous proven experience in the Finance sector (preferably P.E.) and are happy to support a large team – some of course self-sufficient. The role will commence as 5 days in the office but then will go down to 3 after the ‘probation’ time-frame.

Fantastic team requires an EA to support MDs and their team in Investor Relations at this Top Tier Private Equity firm based in stunning Mayfair offices. The team are great, and this is to replace their EA who was there for many years. Duties will include:-

  • Diary and travel management
  • Inputting data into a CRM
  • Liaising with respective and existing clients
  • Booking client entertainment and assisting with organising events
  • Lots more besides

You will need to have excellent M/S Office skills, be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
