With a presence in multiple cities worldwide and an exceptional employer committed to providing top-notch performance and unparalleled client service globally they are seeking a dynamic and organised Events Manager for their London team. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous multi-tasker, an effective communicator, and a team player with a passion for client service and creative event planning.
You will need to be happy to be present at all their events – mainly in London; and appreciate the ‘roll-sleeves’ up nature of the job. You will also oversee all their events working with their Marketing team as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the events team and business leads to create and develop events.
- Manage event objectives, communication, calendar and event budgets (including pre-event approval and post-event cost)
- Working closely with key business leads.
- Plan and oversee event procedures – high attention to detail needed.
- Communicate event plans and deadlines
- Coordinate event compliance and attendance reporting, including post-event reports, participation tracking, feedback and any analytical assessments required.
- Work with internal teams regarding messaging for event content and external communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
- This role requires at least 5 years solid event management experience, particularly with complex events.
- Experience managing and working with diverse event suppliers and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Salesforce, Pardot, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe.
- Proven attention to detail, prioritisation skills and able to work under pressure and adaptable to change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client focused mind set
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a “can do” attitude
