Cluster Accounts Receivable Specialist

Reporting to Cluster Order to Cash (OTC) Manager, is responsible for:

Ensuring the specific functions as per the job description for the end-to-end Order to Cash process across multiple hotel properties within a cluster are completed with. This includes processing guest reservations, ensuring accurate billing, credit management, and collections, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and optimizing cash flow.

The O2C Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that the hotel’s financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with company Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, Industry Guidelines and Regulations and relevant Authorities.
