An opportunity to join a global private equity business and to help build it’s Asian presence in their Singapore office. You will be joining a small team, responsible for a wide range of tasks. An excellent salary, bonus and benefits package is on offer.

The Role

Supervision of books of accounts and audits (with Big4 auditors) of multiple group entities.
Knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards (SRS) and/or IFRS and consolidation of accounts.
Manage banking, budgets, MIS, and internal controls.
Support the firm’s portfolio companies in the areas of finance, compliance, and other matters, as required.
Managing capital calls and distributions.
Manage all management fee calculations, and water fall allocations.
Liaise with investments team, legal team, compliance team and portfolio companies.
Oversight and facilitate the review of investment/divestment fund flows.
Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivables.
Establish and ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Participate in finance department/company projects and initiatives.
Assist with the development, implementation, update and adherence of processes, systems, checklists, and procedures.

Requirements

You must be a fully qualified accountant
You will likely have trained with a top 6 accounting firm
You will have post-qualified experience working within financial services, ideally within fund management
English speaker, Mandarin would be advantageous
Be able to work as part of a small team
Be available to work in the evenings in order to speak with UK and US offices
