Our client is sizeable private equity business based in central London. With over £30bn AUM, this firm continues to grow globally and now requires additional support in it’s corporate accounting team. You will be a newly/recently qualified accountant. This is a perfect role to gain that first role in the industry and embark on your private equity journey

The Role

Assisting with monthly and year-end reporting
Budgeting and forecasting processes, including holding budget holders to account
Assist with regulatory reporting of the management company
Work closely with external accountants on tax compliance and auditing
Assist in the oversight of the time and expense processes
Involvement in costs allocation and recharge across the firm’s complex investment and management company structures
Assist in treasury process as needed, including wire preparation and other treasury processes
Oversee or contribute to ad-hoc projects and financial analyses
Contribute to global technology initiatives and the automation of processes

Requirements

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Excellent academics
Exposure to fund management/financial services would be preferable
Excellent all-round communication skills
