Business Development Operations Manager – Salesforce Expertise Needed

Hybrid (3 days/week in Mayfair) Up to £60k

This role blends Salesforce ownership, BD/sales support, and client lifecycle management, with exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.

You’ll:

Own and optimise Salesforce (data, reporting, integrations, training)

Support the full client lifecycle (onboarding → billing)

Provide sales and BD support across the team

Partner on strategic and operational improvement projects

You’ll bring:

3+ years in consulting, exec search, or professional services (or the potential to step up)

Strong Salesforce and process skills

Commercial thinking, collaboration, and a sleeves-up attitude
