International Private Equity firm is looking for two temporary Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join their London team for 3 – 6months. The roles will see you taking responsibility for a specific Legal Entity for all their accounts payable needs and helping across the team.
This is an exceptionally busy team and plays a crucial part within the business. The Finance team has a very collaborative approach and this is continued within the AP team itself, so once you are up and running in the role, you will also be given the opportunity to cross train into other areas and assist with other entities as well.
What the role needs:
- Accounts payable within a SME Financial Services Company where you have taken responsibility for a wide array of matters and can handle the nuances of Private Equity AP.
- Self starter,, motivate and wants to learn.
- Strong commercial mind-set and communication skills, able to interact at different levels whether internally or externally.
- Comfortable dealing with high volumes.
- Not afraid to ask questions and look for resolution.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Net Suite would be highly desirable but not essential.
