This early-stage Tech-focused Venture Capital fund is looking to hire a new Team Assistant for their London office. This is a wonderful business with true ambition to make a difference, whilst also maintaining a collaborative and fun culture and working environment.
A great firm to grow with and one you will want to remain with for a long time! The role of team assistant will see you working closely with the Office manager and carrying out a variety of duties and tasks:
Key responsibilities:
Front of house
- Welcoming all who visit the office
- Managing and maintaining both the meeting room schedules and the rooms themselves whether rectifying any issues or organising catering etc.
Events:
- Providing event planning assistance from sourcing and researching potential venues, suppliers and vendors
- Travel and administration logistic support
- Event evaluation and documentation – to track key metrics, successes, and way to improve future events
- Archiving documentation and media for future use
- Event logistic coordination
- Assisting with event communications from invitations through to promotional material, both pre and post-events
This is a perfect opportunity for someone (with maybe a year’s Reception/Administrator/Team Assistant experience) who is starting out in their career and has real ambition and energy to make this role theirs.
What you will need:
- Very strong communication/interpersonal skills – verbal and written
- Adobe
- High technology mindset including knowledge and experience of GSuite and MS Office applications
- Able to prove your ability to organise and multitask, sticking to tight deadlines.
- Focused and highly responsive with an eye for detail
They operate a hybrid model of 4 days a week in the office per week. This is a full-time position and requires someone to have an in-office mindset.
