Our client (backed by top PE firm) that specialise in Real Estate are looking for a dedicated and proactive EA to support their Exec Team of 4. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities reflective of its broad scope, with ample opportunities for professional development and growth within their rapidly expanding company. Could suit someone who has been a Team Assistant and wanting to step up into an EA role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient diary management for four senior team members, coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Facilitating travel arrangements, including itinerary creation, flight and hotel bookings, and transportation logistics.
  • Providing general office support, including visitor management, meeting room coordination, and handling inbound and outbound correspondence.
  • Managing internal documentation and filing processes, ensuring the organization and tracking of vital business documents.
  • Assisting in event planning and coordination, including team gatherings, client meetings, and awards submissions.
  • Contributing to marketing and branding efforts across various platforms, including website updates, press releases, and social media management.
  • Mentoring and supporting the team assistant to ensure optimal operations support.
  • Handling ad-hoc requests and assisting with broader business initiatives as needed.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or investment sector.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A flexible and collaborative team player with a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong work ethic and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
