Fantastic company and brilliant new role. As Executive Assistant to a Board Member and HR Manager you will be involved with a huge variety of duties. Interest in HR would be a bonus. You will be working amongst a very collaborative team of EA’s Day to day duties will involve Diary, PP Presentations, expenses etc. On the HR side you will be co-ordinating recruitment processes, joiner/leaver processes, maintaining organisation charts etc. Our client are based in beautiful Mayfair offices and look after their staff exceptionally well. You must have at least two years of solid office experience ideally from within the Finance industry with exceptional communication/interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail, articulate, well presented and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude. Graduate level preferred. This really is a one off role for someone really wanting to be ‘part of’.
